Loti Labs is a group of industry veterans and research enthusiasts with a passion for science and research. We understand the value in providing an excellent product at a competitive price. We also understand many of the pitfalls that the peptide industry has. Through our 10+ years in this industry (in various forms) we have established some of the best relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. This ensures that we are giving you the best possible product and the best possible price.

We can be contacted 24/7 by sending an email to service@lotilabs.com and one of our friendly support staff will be happy to help with anything you need. All support tickets are responded to within 12 hours of receipt. Usually much sooner than that. When can I expect a response to my email?

Our email is monitored 18 hours a day and you will usually receive a response within an hour or two. Otherwise our standard operating procedure is to respond to all inquiries within 12 hours of receipt.

How can I be sure that I will be satisifed with my purchase?

Loti Labs offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold.
