USPS lost/broke my items. How can I contact route?

If you purchased the Route Shipping Protection, when you placed your order you were sent an email from route which included a \Route specific tracking ID. Visit route.com and file a claim. Be sure to fill in all necessary information and a representative will get back to you quickly to get your claim resolved.
