We offer an industry leading return policy for all of our customers. If you wish to return any unopened product purchased from Loti Labs then you may do so. Simply send an email to service@lotilabs.com and we will reply with details on how to do so.
The products that you are returning must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned items we will issue you a refund of the purchase price of those items.
